Truffle size and serving portions
Truffles come in many sizes and shapes, so you may receive more than one truffle to fulfil your order.
As a guide a 20 gram truffle is about the size of a squash ball.
6-10gm per person is the recommended serving size, but it depends on how Truffle Mad you are.
Truffle Care Instructions: Truffle needs to be wrapped in a paper towel and stored in an airtight container in the fridge.
To maximise the life of your truffle change the paper towel daily.
