2022 Award winning “paddock to pour” Truffle Honey Gin made with fresh black truffles grown on our family farm in Australia’s Southern Highlands. Using our fresh truffle as the hero, we infused Australian botanicals such as Kangaroo Island Honey and Tasmanian Mountain Pepper, plus a few other secret spices, to deliver an out-of-this world aromatic experience.

Our Truffle Mad Honey Gin can be enjoyed on ice, with a light tonic or in a Muddy Martini.
